In thinkrun Group, as part of our commitment to addressing the crucial issue of climate change under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we have set a goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 30% by 2030 (compared to 2015). We are working hard to reduce CO2 emissions by improving delivery efficiency and promoting eco-friendly driving practices.

As a step towards achieving our goal, we have introduced a third-generation electric truck manufactured by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation with enhanced safety features. The truck has started operations at the Ishikawa branch. This marks the first introduction of the third-generation e-Canter(※) in Ishikawa Prefecture.

※e-Canter: An electric light-duty truck. Since it utilizes full electric propulsion, power is provided by an electric motor, resulting in zero emissions.

To commemorate the introduction of the electric trucks, a delivery ceremony was held on September 15th at our headquarter in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. We were honored to have all the stakeholders who contributed to this initiative in attendance. The ceremony included a tape-cutting event and a presentation of a commemorative key.
